1 – Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the payment is made.

We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

2 – Processing

It takes 1-3 business days for your order to process. We will email you if the processing time takes longer than expected.

3 – Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders anywhere in the world Delivery usually takes 3-5 days with FedEx Express (see below for approximate times by region)
Europe: 1-3 days
USA, Canada, and Australia 2-4 days
Rest of the world ：3-5 days
Buyers are not responsible for any Customs or Duty fees incurred.

4 – Delivery

Our tracking number and the express company website link will be sent by e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery.
Please get in touch with us within 7 days of shipment if there is no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours.

Processing time: In order to guarantee the quality of our products, the Moroccan handmade market has to prepare your goods carefully before they are shipped out.

We check all products and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
